Tree calm water CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle hands-on therapy focusing on alleviating restrictions to physiological motion of all the bones of the skull, including the face and mouth, vertebral column, sacrum, coccyx with an emphasis on normalizing tension and stress patterns in the meningeal membranes and its fascial connections to the entire body.

Additionally, enhancing the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid within its membrane compartment and balancing perceived related energy fields.

Distant Healing

Distance healing, also known as Etheric or Remote healing is when the practitioner and the client are in two different locations.  A time parameter is selected, the space is wherever you are.

Distant healing is based on Quantum Physics discoveries that energy is not restricted to any time and location.  It is possible to transmit healing energies over any distance.  Take into consideration prayer, it is one of the oldest and basic forms of distance healing.

Tree ocean Vibroacoustic Therapy

Vibroacoustic Therapy

VibroAcoustic or Sound Healing Therapy combines the power of auditory music/sound with low-frequency vibrations that are felt throughout the whole body. Sound healing therapy is at the cutting edge of healing for the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

It can help to improve the immune system and detoxification and also relieves stress, tension, anxiety, and effects of trauma.

An attendee facilitates the set up and then you spend up to 45 minutes lying on a table with music and vibrations.

Study Group

I am a technique certified CranioSacral Therapist looking for Upledger CranioSacral Therapy (CST) practitioners who want to review, deepen and practice applying the wonders of this work in a small study group setting located within the triangulated city hospitals of UC Davis, Sutter Hospital and Dignity Health.
  • Limit attendance to four
  • Two-hour study time
  • Once a month
  • $20 investment

In 1996, I attended my first CranioSacral Therapy workshop and afterward struggled because I couldn’t feel the craniosacral rhythm. Frustrated, I put the work aside to study other modalities until a local practitioner decided to hold regular study groups. It is through attending these study groups, receiving regular private CST sessions, taking a minimum of one workshop per year, becoming a teaching assistant, and getting technique certified that I have a successful CranioSacral Therapy practice today.

Exploring the endless wonders of the craniosacral system, through CranioSacral Therapy is my passion and commitment that continuously feeds me. The gift of patience to hold space for the unfolding growth of clients on my table, as well as myself, is a personal treasure.

If you have a learning style that needs to see, hear, feel, sense and apply over and again, please come.

It’s time for me to pay it forward. I am truly grateful to all the Upledger Instructors, especially Melinda Naye, and the personnel at the institute for their dedication to the continued growth of this work.

I launched my first study group in January 2020.

Please check the calendar for dates, times and topics.  I hope to see you there!
