Welcoming our Latest Team Member
I am excited to welcome and introduce Micaela Torregrosa-Mahoney as our new Virtual Administrator. I met Micaela at the beginning of my second work-life in telecommunications. We both started in a small company here in Sacramento as customer service representatives, working as many possible hours including weekends and holidays because she was then a single mom of a three-year-old boy (now twenty-nine), while I was recently separated and in huge debt. We each managed to advance in the company: Micaela moved into the technical support group, with her unrelenting curiosity to know and understand the communications equipment and our network supporting
her drive for seamless customer communications. She is a natural teacher who loves sharing her knowledge, which helped her become one of the best trainers in the company. Micaela was born and raised in Puerto Rico, she is bi-lingual in English and Spanish, and her background includes customer service, telecommunications equipment installation and maintenance, and project management.

Also, for issues related to scheduling through Acuity, Zoom meetings, Square payments, and any other technical concerns feel free to send her an email. Upcoming Virtual Events
We are pleased to announce the first in a series of virtual classes we are offering in 2021! DeAnna will co-host the classes below with Lisa Marie, a master of ceremonies and rituals who was taught to embody and honor deep hidden mysteries from her ancestral blood lineages of Mayan, Native American, Mexican, and more. She shares my belief coming from a heart-centered place, everyone has the ability and right to heal themself and others. Imparting ancient healing art practices, she brings forth beauty, authenticity, and wisdom from time past to present practice and energies for our utilization today.

Spirit Vision Board Evening
Join us for an evening of spiritual fun, laughter, art and sharing. If you have a spirit and you have a vision this night is for you! We will start off with greetings and then a Shamanic guided meditation lead by Spiritual practitioner Lisa Marie, this will help set the mood to hear what our Spirit guides want to share with us. Next, we will write on a scroll what our prayers are for this coming year. Next have fun creating our boards together.
Supplies you will need or want:
* Crystal or something that brings you to your center to place before you. Something that inspires you.
* 1 votive or tea light or whatever candle you have on hand.
* 1 paper or cardstock (you can even use a paper bag and cut it to size) * 12x12 or larger whatever you feel called.
* 1 small piece of paper 5x5 or larger if you have a lot of prayers.
* 1 string or yarn to tie the scroll once you write your prayers on it.
* Markers
* Sharpie if you like writing on your board
* Glue stick
* Scissors
* Magazines 1-3 (you can even use a Costco advertisement magazine or newspapers)
* Snack or wine or tea whatever your flavor!
